Bridging Connections and Expertise at INSPIRE
When Aimee stepped into her first in-person training session since joining the firm in 2021, it was more than just an educational juncture; it was a confluence of global minds eager to shape the future of leadership within the organisation. Participating as both learner and co-facilitator at the INSPIRE programme, which is part of a yearlong training series for newly promoted leaders at the firm, Aimee leveraged this platform not only to deepen her own knowledge but also to elevate her visibility as a beacon for risk-related inquiries among her peers. Aimee also broadened her Protiviti network and gained new knowledge and awareness for how to support her clients in areas beyond risk, by understanding the work performed across different areas of the business.

The presence of Protiviti's Executive Team throughout the INSPIRE training underscored an investment in nurturing new leaders — a gesture that did not go unnoticed by Aimee. This high level of engagement provided invaluable touchpoints for personal growth and afforded every participant direct access to knowledge and advice from seasoned executives.

In her role with Protiviti’s Global Risk Office, Aimee has been focused on several transformational projects to design process efficiencies and enhance user experience for the business. For instance, Aimee enhanced Protiviti and client data protection, redesigned engagement risk lifecycle, and automated evaluation and testing of contracting workflow.
Outside of her formal role, she also champions universal education and empowerment as Board President with the Women’s Global Education Project (WGEP). Her passion project furthers Protiviti’s inclusive culture, and leverages Protiviti’s genuine support and encouragement for individual pursuits aimed at societal betterment. The company's proactive backing of WGEP initiatives highlights how deeply ingrained social responsibility is within its ethos.
